The 2026 story. The Gurgaon stretch of the Dwarka Expressway opened in March 2024, and the corridor's sectors — 99 through 113 — have been the fastest-moving property market in the city since. Social infrastructure (schools, hospitals, markets) is still filling in behind the towers, and the corridor's metro connection is part of the newly designed 28.5 km loop.
